There are four specific dimensions to the NEXT GENERATION DISCIPLESHIP EXPERIENCE, each focusing on a different environment and method of learning. Over the years we have learned that personal engagement in each of these four areas is critical to the success of this discipleship process. The Bible teaches us that whatever a man sows that is what he reaps (Galatians 6:7) and so making a commitment to be fully involved in each of these will yield fruitful results.

Interactive and Educational Group Time

Meetings will occur twice a month with the exception of the monthly meetings during the summer break. Each meeting will combine teaching and discussion, case studies, sharing personal ministry lessons, challenging scenarios, and candid pastoral interviews. Plus a few intriguing surprises along the way!

Learning through Self-Study

A reading list of books and articles will stretch the thinking and expand the hearts and minds the every disciple. Readings from a variety of authors and perspectives will be discussed during group meetings.

Strategic Ministry Ops

Each disciple will be challenged to participate in a list of ministry opportunities over the course of the year. Having the opportunity to observe and participate in ministry alongside a seasoned Pastor, Elder, or Deacon will provide and invaluable learning experience.

One-on-One Mentorship

Each participant will arrange to meet with a designated mentor for intentional personal mentorship. These meeting will include conversation around the topics and issues that were addressed in that month’s group session.
